Implementation of Classroom Management in Improving the Learning Process of Islamic Religious Education at SDN Pajomblangan Pekalongan
Abstrak
Classroom management is the arrangement and management of matters related to learning. In learning Islamic Religious Education there are several problems, including a boring learning atmosphere and the limited number of hours of PAI subjects in elementary schools. Therefore, it is important to implement classroom management so that learning can run effectively and efficiently at every meeting. Thus, this article aims to provide a description of the implementation of classroom management at SDN Pajomblangan Pekalongan as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in this process. This article was written using a qualitative approach supported by data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation as well as data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it is clear that the implementation of classroom management at SDN Pajomblangan is in accordance with the components in the learning implementation. This can be shown in the learning activities carried out, namely physical management (facilities and infrastructure) and non-physical management such as (students). Supporting factors in implementing classroom management are the existence of facilities and infrastructure, teachers and students. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are low human resources, lack of awareness of students and parents regarding returning books, and the various characteristics of students are challenges for teachers.
